EFK Knee
fixed bearing (fb) knee system
The EFK Knee system is a tri-compartmental surface replacement for cemented, cementless or hybrid use in primary or revision surgery for the knee joint replacement. The implant system allows preservation of the posterior cruciate ligament or requires sacrifice of the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments. The EFK Knee system consists of four components, which are available in several variants: a femoral component, an insert, a tibia and a patella component.
The inlays are available in a posterior cruciate ligament preservation variant (STD) and an ultracongruent variant (UC), which requires the sacrifice of the posterior cruciate ligament. Additionally a VITAMIN E XL-PE variant of the standard inlay is available.
*Also available is a Tibia modular version of the EFK Knee
