Precision Investment Casting for Implants
We produce high-quality implant components using investment casting – precisely tailored to meet the demanding requirements of medical technology.
Our investment casting solutions for medical applications deliver exceptional dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality, making them ideal for intricate and complex geometries. These include components for primary and revision knee endoprosthetics, hip endoprosthetics, shoulder prosthetics, and more.
We work with biocompatible materials such as CoCrMo, and can also cast instrument-grade materials. Validated manufacturing and testing processes ensure reproducible results, maximum process reliability, and consistent quality.

Contract Manufacturing for Implants and Instruments

Using advanced automated CNC systems – including 5-axis turning and milling – we perform complex turning, milling, and drilling operations. From stainless steel and high-alloy steels to titanium, CoCrMo, and plastics like polyethylene, we process a wide range of materials with exceptional care and technical expertise.
Whether it’s tight tolerances for hip stems, intricate geometries for knee implants, or demanding materials for hip sockets, our technologies enable high-volume production of Class I–III medical devices at the highest level. Our high-precision 3D coordinate measuring systems ensure even the smallest tolerances are captured.
Comprehensive component finishing and state-of-the-art surface treatments – including grinding, blasting, and polishing – guarantee optimal functionality and aesthetics. We collaborate with industry specialists for advanced surface coatings. Each product is uniquely marked using cutting-edge laser technology, including Data Matrix and UDI codes, ensuring maximum traceability and safety.

Quality Management
We ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products by implementing clearly defined process chains, utilising validated manufacturing technologies and employing modern testing methods. In our temperature-controlled testing rooms, we utilise precise measuring systems such as 3D coordinate measuring machines and devices for roughness and surface analysis to ensure high accuracy and reproducibility. Our conformity assessment strategy is based on a risk-based approach, and incorporates initial sampling, in-process controls, process monitoring and final inspections. Detailed documentation is in place to ensure that every product meets our company’s high-quality requirements, as well as your own.
Our quality management system is certified according to EN ISO 13485, meets the requirements of international standards and supports MDR-compliant manufacturing of medical products. It is practice-oriented, documents all quality-relevant processes in a transparent and comprehensible manner and ensures complete traceability of all production steps.
Regular internal and external audits – conducted by Notified Bodies, authorities, and certified partners – systematically review, analyse, and enhance our quality processes.
