You can expect absolute quality until the last step in the process chain. This also applies to the sterile packaging of self-manufactured as well as supplied implants and operating instruments.

In the past few years, we have significantly invested in our clean room capacities. Currently two clean rooms of the class C have been installed according to GMP.

The products are packaged and labelled under the vacuum in three clear-peel bags. The subsequent gamma ray sterilisation occurs via a certified service provider upon which we have relied for over 15 years.

Sterile packaging means:

• Packaging of self-manufactured and delivered implants
• Polyethylene components under nitrogen
• Gamma ray sterilisation on certified service providers
