Ribbeck Cup

The modular Ribbeck hip cup system is intended for cementless anchoring in the acetabulum. The spherical outer shell with the polar flat wheel consists of a Ti6Al4V alloy (ISO 5832-3). The surface results in better osteo-integration with a titanium plasma coating. The primary stability is achieved with a dynamic press-fit. The rotation stability through a toothing in the equatorial area is considerably improved.

Position markers on the plane surface of the cup allow the screw holes to be aligned in a cranio-lateral direction.
