Bi-polar Head

The bi-polar head is particularly suitable for providing support for femoral neck breaks. The cup cartilage is spared as much as possible based on the large contact surface and the highly polished metal surface.

Different rotation centres for the femoral head and the outer shell of the bi-polar head result in a self-centring of the implant. Optimum protection against luxation is provided by the removable safety ring.
